Werkzaamheden:
You will start in the heart of the organization, signing up new members. You will do this by approaching professionals of various companies. Your conversation with them has to be a substantive one. You will make them enthusiastic about the company and willing to attend a session. After six months until a year you can consider your next step. This may be national, but can also be international.
Possibilities are: recruiters, resource manager, trainer, coach or expert development.

Salary € 11.00 to € 13.00 gross per hour (depending on education and experience)
35-hour week, office hours

Profiel:
You are commercially oriented, flexible and are able to make a conjunction. Besides excellent English you can also speak Dutch on a excellent level. And you have some experience in a service center/call center.
You are available to work 28 to 35 hours a week. You are passionate, proactive and eager
You have a bachelor or master degree and are able to communicate effectively at board level.
