In this challenging role as Business Planner you can add value to the team and make a high impact on the business success of Ampleon and its financial growth, in particular towards to the projected IPO in the future. The position we have available is an exciting opportunity for a driven Business Planner who is capable of translating volatile market input to valid demand scenario’s and risk assessments in a dynamic and very challenging environment.

The focus of the Business Planner will be to develop the demand predictions with the horizon of 6 quarters. In the activity of revenue planning the Business Planner uses different revenue risk analysis methods as well as consults various independent sources ranging from customers (a.o. Huawei, Nokia) to market intelligence sources (a.o. ABI, Mobile Experts) to operators (a.o. KPN, China Telecom), all in order to achieve better insight in mid-term revenue planning as well as the risks involved. Key focus will be the area of risk assessment / scenario planning in particular in the outer quarters of the horizon.

Your profile

• 5 – 10 years experience in Business Planning
• Educational level Bachelor / Master
• Result driven
• Pragmatic attitude and hands-on mentality
• Analytical thinker
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and data
• Ability to transform data into information, able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Greatest attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Strong communicator, able to communicate to different levels in the organization
• Able to generate high quality presentations
• Demand management and logistic background is an advantage
• Consultancy background is an advantage
• Ability to adjust working style to match different cultures (culture sensitive)
