Your new role
- Provide technical support to key customers in base station/broadcasting/Microwave RF Power areas both OEM accounts and distribution channel
- Cooperate with development team, evaluate the new device performance to meet customer specific technology target
- High quality RF Power demo designing and tuning work (LDMOS GaN Class-AB, Doherty etc.)
- Manage the account on technical/account interface. Build and maintain relationships with development and sourcing crews at customer sites
- Help on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from technical point of view
- Drive marketing activities, including seminar/exhibition/conference, collect market feedback and give suggestions to Product Line on NPI
- 20-30% Travel
- Management for RF power Lab
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor degree or above in communication or related fields
- 5+ years RF Power experience
- Expert in RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques
- Expert on the design of high power RF circuits for Power Amplifier applications
- Highly knowledgeable on modelling techniques for non-linear systems, familiar with simulation tool like
- ADS/Microwave office/Momentum
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Enthusiastic active and teamwork
- Hands-on mentality
- Good English language skill
