Vacancy for Commercial Business Analyst at BrandLoyalty in the area of ‘S-Hertogenbosch, on a permanent basis. The Commercial Business Analyst is part of the operations department, which is responsible for the review and approval of all loyalty programs performed globally. As a Commercial Business Analyst you work together with the Sales Offices on designing and implementing loyalty programs. In this role you are responsible for the interpretation and analysis of the program performance data. It is crucial to closely cooperate and communicate with various internal stake holders worldwide. Tasks & responsibilities Your tasks and responsibilities as the Commercial Business Analyst will be threefold:

Consultancy
Advise Sales Offices when preparing commercial proposals aiming to optimize opportunities for BrandLoyalty and their clients. You join client meetings to support Sales. You also support Sales Offices when preparing program set-up (e.g. forecasting and planning). Consult the Sales Offices about program performance and further development of Business Intelligence Tools.

Program analysis
Optimize profitability and minimize risks on loyalty programs by e.g. analyzing commercial set-up of programs, reviewing program involved costs. You supervise program set-up and program performance.

Reporting
Weekly reporting and evaluation of program performance, and a monthly & quarterly reporting of sales forecast.

Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a College/University degree in applied Economics/Business Administration (e.g. HEAO-BE with commercial skills or HEAO-CE with analytical skills) and more than 3 years of working experience in Commercial Support/Project Management preferably in an international retail environment. You have excellent numerical/arithmetic skills for accurate analyses and SAP experience. Next to analytical skills you have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You also have a process oriented way of thinking, a very good understanding of standard office software (MS Office) and you are excellent in English language - verbal and written. It’s important to have strong time-management skills with the ability to multi task and problem solving skills, you are able to anticipate.
