Your new company
The company is an international company that’s originally from China. They are a supplier of chemicals and they’re mainly active in the tyre industry with big clients such as Michelin and Continental. In Europe, they have locations in Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland and a small office in Den Haag.
Your new job
In this role as a customer service representative you have various tasks and no working day will be the same. You will be responsible for the ordering and invoicing process. You will receive, process and handle orders and manage sales administrations. Customer satisfaction is on top of your list every day and to ensure this you provide quality service and support to both internal and external customers. You will work together with colleagues abroad (both inside the EU, but also in China) and with logistic vendors at deliveries. You will handle phone calls and email, but will also attend exhibitions and other events when necessary.
What you need to succeed
We are looking for young professionals that fit into the team. It’s a small, international team so you have to be independent, dedicated and flexible. You already have some experience in customer service, for example in a callcenter or customer service environment. You enjoy to solve problems and to have customer contact. Your communicative skills are very well developed and your English is very good in both speech and writing. Initially, this is a part time position for 3 days (24 hours). What you’ll get in return A chance to prove yourself within this multinational, but in a small office with friendly colleagues. You will start in a temporary, part time position and will be employed via Hays, but if you do well there is a possibility for a fixed contract.
