Your Responsibilities: The DfX Test and Product Engineer is responsible for the development of the test hardware and software for the process qualification vehicles (‘test chips’). 1. Manage the development of the Industrial Test Facility (ITF); develop the test plan, define the required hardware, write software and enable testing in an industrial environment. 2. Drive the test data generation process. Review and interpret test and characterization results in the various stages of the project. 3. Support the test chip development team in selecting the best test strategy; suggest DfT practices that maximize test chip characterization capabilities and/or enable maximum fault coverage. 4. Support transfer of the ITF to our off-shore test facilities; coach and support off-shore SLA engineers.
Profiel:
Your Profile: • Strong technical background (Academic level MSc. EE or equivalent, based on relevant testing experience) in the field of electronics. • Proven track record in testing analog/mixed signal IC’s on industrial test systems (ATE). • Knowledge of IC process technology and circuit design. • Experience in test and diagnosis (e.g. Memory bitmapping) and/or DfM is a plus • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing. • Team worker, able to work in international and multi-disciplinary teams. • Strong quality mindset. • Driven, self-motivated and organized. • Eager to learn, open-minded, team oriented.
