Job Description: o Support concept development of digital signal processing (DSP) blocks for Smart Card products o Development of DSP algorithms (e.g. adaptive recursive filters) for Smart Card products o Specification, digital design, and validation of sub-blocks for integrated circuits for Smart Card applications o Design digital blocks optimized for area, performance and power consumption o Interface with firmware engineers, system architects, RF engineers, local analog design experts o Interface with RF engineers

Profiel:
Job Qualifications o Master/Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or similar o Extensive knowledge of digital communication theory and signal processing is required o Feasible IC implementation proposals of DSP algorithms using Matlab. o Understanding of Analog signals and connection to signal processing o Knowledge of at least one RTL coding language (VHDL, Verilog, System Verilog) o Experience with algorithms using MatLab, Python, etc. Experience with programming in C/C#/C++, MatLab, etc. o Deep understanding of digital verification and AMS o Knowledge on Contactless Smart Cards and/or NFC o Deep understanding of analog blocks used for contactless communication systems o Very good analytical skills o Open to new ideas and have a creative attitude o Taking initiative to spot and implement improvements o Solid English skills (writing and conversation) - Sector know-how: Semicon > 5 years Additional requirements: Possible temp to perm. Candidates must be willing to stay in the long-term.
