Your new company
They manage more than 300 entities active in various real estate, private equity and infrastructure funds. The team of more than 50 young, enthusiastic, highly educated professionals provide corporate, legal and financial support to the deal teams across the world, but predominately in Europe. They are characterized by a result-driven, but informal atmosphere in an international dynamic setting.

Your new role
Directly responsible for management of several SPV’s within the Real Estate funds (including but not limited to accounting, reporting, cash management and corporate compliance deliverables);
Actively contributing to the SPV management by preparing deliverables and review the output of the direct report; Contributing to the independent role of the direct report, by coaching and motivating;
Reporting to Vice President on the operations of managed SPV’s and the team;
Maintain existing relationships and develop new relationships with asset managers of the company, external auditors, external tax advisors, banks and external law firms;
Act as liaison between the asset managers of the company, joint venture partners, co-investors, external asset managers, operating partners, the internal management team and external service providers;
Work with asset managers and US Fund controllers to prepare, review and execute funding and distribution cash flow memo’s;
Coordinate SPV deal closing processes initiated by the company, which includes reviewing legal transaction documents, corporate resolutions, financial reporting, PPA related reporting;
Monitor and safeguard deadline work streams of own portfolio of SPV’s as well as SPV’s managed by direct report.

What you'll need to succeed
University Economics degree Accounting & control or HEAO AC / BE;
At least 8 years working experience in Audit or Accounting in an international working environment;
Knowledge and understanding of maintaining holding and financing structures;
Knowledge of Dutch GAAP and consolidated accounting policies;
Team player;
Self-starter;
Flexible attitude;
Independent;
Shows initiative;
Stress tolerant;
Values concepts like “think like an owner” and “doing first class business in a first class way”;
Understanding of client relationship;
You have proficient communication skills: fluent English and Dutch (if not don’t apply because applications will not be taken into procedure).
