Your new role
1. Financial reporting:
● IFRS adoption (conversion from US GAAP incl. Cap. R&D, Opening B/S, one-time)
● Monthly book close and actual P&L, B/S, C/F reporting both corporate & in-country
● Consolidation process definition for NL and 6 Crowe Horwath countries management
● ERP selection and implementation
● Stock option/RSU accounting
2. Accounts receivable - Customer credit/cash collection/cash application
3. Accounts payable/Crowe Horwath management
4. Payroll and T&E
5. Fixed assets
Your profile
Over 10 years global financial reporting experience, preferably auditing experience and in-house financial controller experience
Expertise in IFRS compliance, reporting and consolidation
In-depth experience in ERP implementation
Excellent skills in leading a team with full financial functions on a global scale
Strong communication skills and able to perform a key role in cross functional teams
Education:
Certified accountant with ACCA or CPA qualification. Education in accounting or finance.
