Your new challenge

As Global Operations and Supply Chain Controller, you will have the opportunity to take the lead in the finance activities for operational and supply chain from internal to external manufacturing. With your knowledge and experience you will lead and drive our team to achieve our financial and strategic targets in shaping our business. You will be located in the Philippines and manage the Site Operations Controlling.

Your Responsibilities:

• Main focus is on supporting management with the professional and business oriented way of executing the the Business plans, the RFF process, the Budget process, the Monthly closure, the Cost Control process and the Capital investment process
• Act as the financial conscience of the organization and is a key person in the entrepreneurial process to understand, communicate and manage the risks. It is the Global Operations and Supply Chain Controller’s task to safeguard that all operational and improvement activities within the company are executed in a manner, which enforces the exactness, completeness and timeliness of the realized results
• Ensure a professional finance organization that safeguards proper controls are implemented w.r.t. operational results, business planning, business performance management, and inventory and CAPEX management
• Drives, challenges and supports the organization from a financial perspective, various operations improvement programs, in order to help management to get a sound understanding of the financial risks of the business
• Leads the operational execution of the Finance & Controlling policies and processes in the organizational entities involved
• Define and optimize goods flows from the business perspective and tackle operational goods flow issues 
• Take initiative to build, secure and/or optimize business controls where supply chains impact the financial processes

Your profile

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Economics and/or Business Administration
• Has broad professional experience and knowledge (5 – 10 years) in Finance & Controlling in the field of manufacturing operations and supply chain to handle broad business and organizational issues: solving complex inter-relationship challenges from a strategic perspective to pre-empt long-term issues and developing new processes and procedures
• Is able to balance between spending time on Operations and Logistics excelling in Finance operational execution: Value based management, capital budgeting, funding, investor relations, principles of company taxation, internal controls, compliance and SOX, transfer pricing, headcount (and related cost) management, M&A process knowledge and knowledge of core IT and logistics processes
• Has the ability to effectively function in a fast moving and multi-site environment
• Has excellent and proven leadership, project management, communication, and presentation skills as well as strong analytic abilities and consultative skills
• The ability to manage senior stakeholders and partner effectively with senior management and professionals; Understands the needs and delivers World Class Finance which meets/exceeds expectations: an individual who is client focused, proactive, and responsive
• Must be a self-starting/self-propelling, engaging personality, a strong networker. High level of integrity and creative
• Not afraid to challenge others based on facts & analysis; creative problem solver who can think out of the box when needed
• Fluent in English
• Has potential and ambition to grow (at least) one level higher
