Your job:
Within the Operations organization we are looking for an experienced professional leading one or more industrial projects. These projects can range from bringing new technologies into manufacturing and ramp-up, product and manufacturing transfers to cost down and quality improvement projects. These projects span multiple locations involving our development centers globally, as well as our internal and external manufacturing partners.

You are responsible for defining and executing such projects within agreed time and budget constraints, as well as guaranteeing the agreed quality targets. This will involve scoping, aligning with stakeholders, securing resources, budgeting and budget control and of course successful execution of the projects. Risk management is regarded as a key ingredient for successful projects, as well as communication and stakeholder management across different levels and organizations. When managing multiple sub-projects, leading and coaching other project leaders is part of the area of responsibility. We are looking for someone who can be both hands-on and managing content, as well as managing the process. Improving ways of working and processes is one of the challenges of the position. The position can expand to more areas of responsibilities, both within the Operations team as well as other parts of the company.

Your skills:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in a technical field
• 5 – 10 years experience in a similar role as Industrial Project Manager
• Proven experience in successful project management is a must, preferably backed by formal training or certification in project Management
• Experience within the high-tech industry is a must, experience in the semiconductor industry is highly desired, as well as experience having worked in an international environment across both Europe and Asia
• Experience with manufacturing processes
