The Insurance Agent is responsible for the proper handling of all incoming phone, email and chat traffic for our insurance customer base. An important element here lies within the claims handling for our customers. For the settlement of claims you both have inbound and outbound contact on the various channels with customers, repair centers and networks.
In addition, you will carry out all administrative tasks occurring at the Insurance Department. You will work closely with the other Insurance Agents and ensure that the service levels will be met and that optimal service quality is offered to our customers.
Profiel:
Preferably in possession of relevant qualifications or willingness to achieve this and knowledge of insurance industry; Affinity with telecom; Experience in an administrative role; Can work both independently and in a team; Excellent command of the English language and native both oral and written.
Education: MBO level or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years call center experience. Experience within insurance is a plus.
