- Test strategy (analysing test items/coverage, test times, multi-site) - Implement test on Advantest Smartscale platform (PS1600) - Define test hardware - Document test program - Release activities (repeatability & reproducibility, spike check) - Implement zero defect techniques - Develop supporting test programs (support Failure analysis, Schmoo) - Transfer knowledge and hardware to Taiwan - Support complaint handling or cost downs after release

Profiel:
- Msc in Electrical Engineering, Physics or computer science (Must) - Max 2 years experience preferably in semiconductors - Good knowledge of C++ and object oriented programming (Must) - Knowledge of Advantest test platform PS 1600 (Pre) - Affinity with scripting (Pre) - Good communication skills both verbal and written - Eagerness to learn and develop into this role - Creative mindset and good problem solving capabilities - Ability to challenge current way of working - Willingness to travel (Location Leuven, +/- once per two months)

Bedrijfsinformatie:
The TPE team in Nijmegen serves PL Mobile Audio and Personal Health. The team exists out of 9 experienced test engineers. We currently have 1 vacancy for PL Personal Health. In Nijmegen we focus on the development projects, transferring the test programs to NXP Taiwan. Test Engineers are responsible to translate device specifications into a test strategy focussed on achieving absolute minimum test cost while preserving quality at release. In the definition phase you discuss DFT requirements with designers and define optimal test hardware to ensure maximum coverage, concurrence and multisite capabilities. In the implementation phase you work to a fast first implementation, to meet ESD, HTOL requirements and at the end release a test cost optimised program. Final release is done in Taiwan (APK), requiring intensive cooperation before release.
