Your new role
The Legal Counsel (full-time) shall be in charge of all legal topics in relation to Decathlon in the Netherlands. You will defend the interests of the company and you will be working in close collaboration with all country actors as well as with the members of the international legal team located in France. A substantial part of the role will be working in the expansion team, dedicated to opening more Decathlon stores in the Netherlands in the near future. What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for passionate Legal Counsel who wish to excel. You take ownership and have a natural drive for results. You successfully achieved a Master degree in law and you obtained a minimum of 4 years of legal experience. You‘re experienced in drafting and drawing up legal agreements and you have experience within the real estate (or willing to develop this experience). Your communication skills are excellent, both verbal and written. Because a lot has to be developed, your practical and creative skills are essential. You have a fluent proficiency of the Dutch and English language. You are a team player through and through and you are dynamic and flexible
