Your new role
In your new role as Manager Internal Control you lead the AO/IC team of four at the operational level. You make sure that the internal processes are in coherence with the policies of the company (inventory control policy, credit management policy), its rules and its regulations. As a Manager Internal Control you coordinate and continuously improve the processes of the divisions pro-actively. You and your team are highly involved in decision making with an highly effective system used by the organization. Part of your responsibilities is to develop, analyse, inform and advise the management on business system administration related topics.
What you’ll need to succeed
In order to fulfil this job as Manager Internal Control successfully, you have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or an equivalent and have solid managerial experience of 3 to 6 years. Experience in a big four environment is a big plus. You have the knowledge of SAP, and obvious you are a good user of Excel. You are a hands-on professional and you are able to work independently. You are a go-getter with a team player attitude and strong communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus. Experience with project management and process focused is essential for the position as Manager Internal Control.
