Your new company
Our client is a global medical devices organization, which is specialized on producing and selling an innovative program of infection prevention products.

Your new role
The Marketing Manager Medical Devices leads strategic planning for the segment team, developing the growth strategy, managing the product lifecycle, driving the marketing communication, and building strong competitive intelligence. Also he or she seeks senior management approval and resources for strategy implementation. You will set portfolio goals and objectives that are linked to business activities. Relates portfolio performance to broader business performance. Proactively manages and influences all activities that impact portfolio P&L. Makes sound resource allocations and investment decisions based on portfolio analysis. Consistently meets or exceeds annual and long-range plans and portfolio objectives.

You are responsible for developing and executing the innovation pipeline for the segment, own market research, building, maintaining and supporting relationships with critical stakeholders within the divisions, across the functions and with critical pan-European industry opinion leaders, actively communicates and shares knowledge with global business counterparts. Furthermore you have strong partnership with selling organization, are able to connecting marketing strategies to sales goals, support execution of trainings and trials with customers and plan and support implementation of a qualification and training program for new associates.

What you'll need to succeed
The perfect candidate has at least 5 years of professional marketing experience in the medical device industry (especially within Patient Temperature Management and/or Hypothermia Prevention). You have a marketing background or MBA or economic degree, are experienced in developing/ building market segments, project management skills and respective experience. Also you have proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams, fluent in English and Dutch (German is a pre), proficient handling of P&L and you must be able to travel occasionally (20-40%).
