Werkzaamheden:
The eNVM department within Technology & Operations is responsible for development, characterization, validation and qualification of embedded non-volatile (NV) memories in advanced CMOS technologies and works closely together with design, product and process development teams worldwide. The key areas of responsibility are: - Development of test-programs and test methodologies for embedded NV memories in deep sub-micron technologies. - Characterisation and validation of embedded NV memories. - Support the introduction and release of new products with embedded NV memories. - Closely collaborate with designers, process, product, device and reliability engineers to translate test and characterisation results into design, process and reliability improvements. - Creating ideas in the NV memory technology area that generate new business for NXP.

Profiel:
- MSc or PhD in electrical engineering - Experience in development of test-programs and test methodologies for embedded NV memories in deep sub-micron technologies (MUST) – 1-3 years - Knowledge of NV memories and IC technology - Proven experience in testing of (NV) memories (MUST) 1-3 years. - Knowledge of ATE systems Kalos and/or Advantest PS1600 (MUST) 1-3 years - Affinity with electronic IC design - Good communicative skills - Pro active working attitude, flexible, result driven, team worker. - English language Please contact miguel.ortiz@ajilon.nl
