- Answer phones, take messages and run errands
- Maintain an efficient and clean office space.
- Data entry and processing
- Maintain office equipment like copiers and printers
- Help with office and HR related record keeping
- Coordinating and hosting SVB meetings and BOD meetings
- Organizing travel for office staff.
- Updating website (including organizing images like staff and client photos)
- Coordinate the activities with respect to the intranet
- Supervise the internal use of the agreed settings for MarCom activities
- Light IT troubleshooting (replace toners, etc)
- Place office supplies
- Light bookkeeping activities (like reconciling corporate credit card statements).

- Knowledge and at least one year of experience in communication
- Knowledge and at least two years of experience in office administration and support of managers
- A MBO level 4 diploma is a must
- Good communication skills across multiple levels of the organization in English and Dutch both written and oral
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook
