Your responsibilities include: - Securing the industrial test roadmap required to realize the product portfolio of a segment - Driving new test methodologies that improves way of working (calibration, test time, test accuracy) - Involvement in NXP wide test and operation teams (Tester, Handler, DfT, TPE Community, User groups) - Involvement in NXP wide DfT technique discussions and driving the DfT strategy within the business line - Together with multi-disciplinary team finalize product test strategy that is in-line with target cost and high quality requirements - Manage the development of Industrial Test Facility (ITF) - Define the required HW, write and debug test software - Release ITF for production at Asia Pacific sites - Review and support junior and senior test engineers in achieving high quality test deliverables - Support Test Engineers at Production sites in indentifying cost reduction opportunities, capacity expansion and transfers.
Profiel:
Profile Required: - Master’s or PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering - 10-15 years relevant experience in RF semiconductor, high volume industrial testing - Knowledge in RF Product testing - Good programming skills (C++, VBA, Labview) - Experience in leading multi-site, multidisciplinary projects and good stake holder management - Takes ownership and initiative, Target driven and international team player - Good communication and reporting skills in English To apply, please send your CV to kerry.barclay@ajilon.nl
