- Improving current vision inspection processes (with strong focus on hardware); - Leading and planning process improvement projects derived for current business requirements; - Coordinating activities and projects with suppliers and/or other departments involved; - Installing hardware for Assembly lines, vision systems, incl the change management process involved - Cost and Quality Planning on a yearly bases - Production support on a daily base, following figures and data’s. - Managing of intercultural differences within the production network.
Profiel:
Candidate profile - Bachelor or academic degree in relevant fields (mechatronics, electro); - Willing to travel frequently all over the world; - Affinity and experience with mass production is required; - Experience with process improvement; - Innovative, analytical, accurate, decisive and pro-active; - English is required We offer - The first 12 months you work for Ajilon Engineering, after this period a permanent contract with Bosch Transmission Technology is possible. - Salary Max. €3750,- p/m Interested? Our client, Bosch Transmission Technology is market leader in the field of development and mass production of pushbelts for the Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). Since 1972 the company continuously invested in the further development of the pushbelt. In the meantime Bosch Transmission Technology is accountable for numerous innovations in the field of CVT technology The division (Assembly Technology) is mainly focusing on the engineering support for all assembly lines. The Process Engineer plays a key role in this engineering support and is expected to bring the current and future assembly technology to the next level. Main tasks are: - Improving assembly technology; - Being the starting point for assembly technology of normal production of drive belts globally; - Standardization, knowledge increase, enhancing hardware & software competences related to assembly technology of CVT belts, incl. vision systems.
