Werkzaamheden:
In this position you will be responsible for coordinating orders for (non) standard own components or (non) standard outsourced products. Coordinate contract execution and assist in answering technical questions within the Technical Sales Support Group Purchase required materials and check the invoices against the orders. Track and trace placed orders en inspects incoming goods. Quality assurance and approval are based on specifications and/or trained knowledge. Assist and/or organise transport to customers. May visit suppliers to inspect goods prior to delivery and may visit customers in case of complaints. Provide technical assistance, for example checking technical drawings and manuals.

Profiel:
Education in engineering (MBO WTB or similar). Experience in using software such as MS Office, AutoCad, AS400, Infor and/or ERP. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and German (and if possible French). Additional European languages are an asset.

Interested in and affinity with electronics, building management systems and control systems would be an advantage.
