Fuji Seal Group provides packaging material and machinery, such as shrink sleeve and machines
that apply the sleeve on the products. Fuji Seal Europe BV is the machinery division of Fuji Seal Group
and they focus on developing, engineering, manufacturing and servicing market leading machinery in the
sleeve segment.Within Fuji Seal there is aninformal culture where initiatives of employees are appreciated. Fuji Seal Europe BV is one of several organizations in Europe and situated in Deurne, the Netherlands.
In this position you are responsible for planning and coordinating the machinery projects after the machines are dispatched from the Fuji Seal site (After Sales). Projects can be amongst others machine installation, upgrades /modifications, maintenance, training, service visits and warranty (issue solving). Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the machine until the end of life of the machine is the overall scope.
The service coordinator is required to have a good mix of commercial and technical skills, to understand each machine’s functionality and status (technical), and to translate customer’s needs and/or complains into actions (commercial). It involves a lot of communication internally (with sales, engineers, service engineers) as well as with customers, usually by phone/email and sometimes visiting directly. You will always have several projects in different stages simultaneously, therefore you are expected to have planning and project management skills along with accuracy and quality awareness.

Job requirements
Required competences: customer focused, responsible, proactive, good communication, planning and project management skills
Language: English fluent. Dutch Preferable. Another foreign language is a plus
Location: Need to locate yourself within daily reachable distance to our office in Deurne
Education and experiences
Education: Bachelor degree, preferably in Mechatronics
Experience of similar position is a plus
