Your Responsibilities: • R&D Project Management of product development for Automotive Market • Leads team ~10 People located in Nijmegen, Bangalore (Multi-discipline and Multi-site) to successful project completion. • Creates Deliverable/Schedule focus by strong team-, partner and supplier management • Manage/Drive project from initial-concept, specification, design and test, to volume ramp up • Fully integrated Project-plans includes Requirement-, Risk-, Team-, Supplier management • Balancing cost, schedule, quality while meeting project requirements • Report out to stakeholders w.r.t. performance status, variances to plan and corrective action(s). • Budget responsibility: up to 10 Mio. $ • Project length: ~1 years

Profiel:
Your Profile: • Background in Semiconductor industry, preferably in RFCMOS SoC design, Innovation- and/or Product Development projects • Experience in managing Semiconductor R&D projects and Multi-site- and Multi-cultural projectteams • University degree in electrical engineering or similar technical studies • Ideally PMP/PMI certification or other comparable project management qualification • Excellent organizational and communication skills (Internal-, External Interfaces) • Business driven • Teambuilder (leading by influence) • Pro-Active, Flexible, Versatile and Driving character • Fluent English (conversation and writing) Please send your CV to ragna.post@ajilon.nl
