Werkzaamheden:
You manage the full scope of telecommunication (from infrastructure to hand held) and vertical integration. Your Responsibilities: As Senior Project Manager you are responsible start, manage and finish the IC or sub-system development projects, ensuring the deliverables are delivered on agreed time, cost and quality level within agreed boundaries. Responsibilities: • Project execution o Execution of Project Management according to the Business Line quality requirements (BCaM, CMMi). o Create and maintain full scale project plans. o Reports progress and gate passing in the Project Review Board meetings. o Ensures planned project activities are executed timely and efficiently to meet the production start and release schedule. o Professional execution of risk management, use of tools as FMEA and Maturity Matrix. o Compliance to configuration management system with attention to managing change and controlling the project scope. o Ensures design and implementation meets DfX requirements • Team building o Leads a cross functional engineering team for product development (RF design, product & test engineering, quality engineering, applications and operations). • Interface to Stakeholders o Alignment with Segment-team and Sales to meet customer requirements. o Aligns with resource managers on resource-demand and ensures that team members have the tools needed. o Ensures compliance to product policies and guidelines, quality targets and NXP General Quality Specifications. o Drives a close cooperation with customers and suppliers during the development project. o Provides input to product line roadmap for future product developments.

Profiel:
Job requirements: • University degree in Electrical engineering or similar technical studies • Several years’ experience in directing projects in relevant technological areas • Certification in the field of project management (PMP, Prince II, agile methods, etc.) • Strong leadership skills in stakeholder management, challenging others, understanding the bigger picture, communication and presentation. • Excellent prioritization and decision making skills; able to work to tight deadlines and within constraints • Good knowledge of methods and tools of project management (agile and classic) and project portfolio management • Good negotiation skills and ability to convince • Fluency in spoken and written English • Be willing to relocate to Nijmegen,The Netherlands Please contact ragna.post@ajilon.nl
