Your new company
A large multinational pharmaceutical company that focuses on research, development and production of vaccines and medicines for animals. The System and Compliance and Improvement department is responsible for the cGMP compliance as well as the suitability and robustness of the assigned Quality Systems for our Manufacturing Division Animal Health. The System and Compliance and Improvement department is responsible for the continuous improvement of the Quality organization (Quality Control Laboratories and Batch record review and release) and the Compliance deployment strategy.
Your new role
The primary purpose of the position is to ensure cGMP compliance for the Quality Systems as specifically assigned. As QA System & Compliance Officer you are responsible for deployment and maintenance of assigned Quality Systems. You will manage the development of wide areas of the Quality Management Strategy. You create an integral and thorough insight in the quality status of the site with your deep understanding of all (quality) processes and all relevant guidelines and you act as a resource for colleagues with less experience within own discipline. You ensure implementation of the Quality Strategy and advice by giving direction to the entire site of the company and you ensure compliance in line with cGMP and Global Policies. You perform internal and external audits. The employees are the key to the company’s success.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor or University degree with more than 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within Pharma and experience with auditing and regulatory inspections and GMP is a must. Experience with deviation and investigation is a big plus. Fluent in English and Dutch in speaking and writing is an pre. Willingness to travel: 10-25% travelling within Europe is expected.
