Your new role
Reporting to the Team Lead Customer Services and Demand Management, the Registration Samples Coordinator is responsible for the on time delivery of all registration samples sourced from production sites, packaging sites and DC’s in the EMEA region. As a member of a small team the Registration Samples Coordinator will ensure and support the efficient and effective supply of registration samples to the markets. The Registration Samples Coordinator will also assist in the on-going improvement of the whole end-to-end registration supply process. Although the Registration Samples Coordinator is primarily focused on the timely supply of registration samples, the coordinator is expected to have knowledge of the regular customer service activities.

As part of the role the Registration Samples Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Timely supplying all registration samples from the EMEA production sites;
  • Supporting an efficient end to end registration sample supply process;
  • Contributing to continuously improving the registration supply process;
  • Ensuring timely coordination with internal departments such as Regulatory Affairs, local Customer Service and Logistic teams and other processes and organizations requiring samples;
  • Managing good relations with relevant stakeholders amongst others Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Site Planning, Master data, Quality Assurance and Marketing and Sales.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in a related business concentration (Supply Chain, Project Management, Logistics Planning, Procurement, Business Planning or equivalent);
  • Two years of work experience in a relevant field (customer service, quality assurance, new products planning, supply planning or regulatory affairs); preferably in a pharmaceutical, chemical or FMG.
  • Basic understanding of working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and / or Good Distribution Practice (GDP) environment.
  • Broad understanding and knowledge of business processes;
  • Basic knowledge of Lean and 6 sigma;
  • Knowledge of SAP, preferably in the OTC and the SCM space
  • Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines;
  • Attention to details and accuracy;
  • Teamwork and collaborative focus;
  • Strong social and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and a local country language.
