As RF Technology Development Engineer you will contribute to develop RF devices and implement them into a robust and manufacturable process flow. (1) Translate RF requirements of new products into device specification • Understand product requirements and translate them into specifications for new devices • Understand risks and marginalities and propose mitigations and improvements • Define architecture of new devices based on specifications • Assess feasibility of new devices, including design and execution of experiments (2) Implement new devices in process flow • Develop process modules to implement the new devices, including design rules • Execute process simulations • Define specification for manufacturing and verify them with manufacturing engineers • Assess manufacturability of new process flow, including design and execution of experiments • Systematic use of FMEA methodology to assess and mitigate risks • Implement process control strategy for the new process flow • Interact with the team to ensure all aspects of implementation are robustly covered (3) Release the new devices in process flow • Release the process modules according to corporate release procedures • Interact with the team to ensure all aspects of release are robustly covered • Lead small technology development projects
Profiel:
• University/PhD degree in technical discipline (electronics or physics) • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics (LDMOS and RF is a plus) • Knowledge of process integration and semiconductor manufacturing • Process and device simulation skills • Good team working skills, good communication skills both verbal and written in English, result oriented • Basic knowledge on circuit layouts
