Senior Financial Accountant
For our client, a global company who leverages innovative technologies, decades of expertise and a diverse global workforce to deliver exceptional products and services for commercial aviation training, we are urgently recruiting a Financial Accountant.
In the roll of Financial Accountant you are responsible for preparing and implementing the Financial policies (short and middle long term) of the company and the realization of the timely periodic reporting, financial statements and accounts reconciliation.
You are responsible for compiling balance sheet, profit and loss account. Other than this you will monitor performance by development of balance score card. As a Financial Accountant you will also be working on Inventory and Work in Progress analysis and reporting. Overhead budgeting, costs analysis and reporting will also be part of your prime responsibilities. Contract accounting is a vital part of the job.
Lastly you will Monitors various financial developments (debt management, budget management, and liquidity and cost developments).
Candidate profile
As the ideal candidate you have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and have solid experience in financial accounting (5-10 years). Previous knowledge of working in a production environment on direct projects is highly preferred as well as experience with leasing, leasing companies. Experience with working in a production environment, contract accounting and overhead contract are essential. You have the knowledge of SAP, Visual and Accountview and obvious you are a good user of Excel. You are a hands on professional and able to work independently, a go getter with a team player attitude and strong communication skills. As a professional you have proficient communication skills: fluent English (if not don’t apply because applications will not be taken into procedure) and preferable Dutch.
