For the Quality group, within BL Logic in Nijmegen, The Netherlands, we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer In this exciting role, you will play a major role in the quality of products of our advanced Logic IC’s shipped to our customers.

BL Logic is the global market leader in volume for Standard Logic Semiconductors for consumer and automotive markets. Responsibilities: Within the QA group the Senior Quality engineer is responsible for both internal and external customer related quality activities for BL Logic.
Your responsibilities:
· Drive customer approvals for Product Change Notifications (PCN).
· Generate project quality documentation (PPAP, questionnaires, etc.).
· Visit customers ensuring closure of quality issues.
· Prioritize and execute activities in the complaint handling process.
· Define corrective actions in co-operation with the engineering teams and production sites.
· Drive quality improvement programs/activities.
· Review and approve qualification strategy plans for new products and changes, ensure
compliance to NXP quality specifications, Dfx and Volume Ramp-Up (VRU) processes.
Your Profile:
· Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics Engineering
· 5-10 years relevant work experience in a quality engineering position, ideally in semiconductor
manufacturing environment.
· Experience working in a quality engineering role for automotive industry (is a plus).
· Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
· Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems such as: Root Cause analysis and problem solving (8D, 5-Why, DMAIC, etc.), statistical process control.
· Good organizational and analytical skills, result-oriented with hands-on and pro-active attitude.
