Uw nieuwe functie
The Solutions Architect is responsible for system requirements, system design (architecture) and the customer deployment of (mainly) back office projects with one or more customers.
You are responsible for the system requirements of a customer system. A customer system is composed of the products added with third party components (in a lot of projects). These third party components usually are interfaced with the companies systems. You are responsible for the customer system design (architecture and the solution) and the customer deployment. In a lot of cases already in the (pre) sales phase the solution architect will be involved with the customer questions to find the possibilities and the technical solution. You have technical leadership and the technical responsibility for the customer project and the people in the project team. Taking care of the technical quality and the correct implementation of your architecture. You keep an overview of your own customer-projects. Together with Project Management, making plans and deliver accordingly. Plan new features. You have discussions with System Architects, in which interface specifications can be changed or how new (Platform features) can be developed in the different systems. You have meetings and discussions with product manager and the Technical Lead Architect about the roadmap of the product.
Wat heeft u nodig om succesvol te zijn?
You have a Bachelor or Master degree and a large affinity with “software development” on application level and a minimum of 8 years relevant experience after graduation. You have experience with Object Oriented design methodology (OO) and software development of technical systems.
Experience in directly having contact with customers and as an architect with complex ICT solutions in Business to Business (B2B) markets.
Experience with Digital TV technologies and Network Security is a huge benefit. You need to have excellent knowledge of the English language in word and in writing. Besides this you are able to work independently and are dedicated to customers and a good communicator.
You will be lokated in Eindhoven, but have the willingness to travel.
