Werkzaamheden:
Ensures that staff is trained and coached to the expected levels.
Ensures SOX, Legal and ISO compliance; cooperates with & coordinates any internal or external audit requests.
Ensures compliance with company revenue recognition policies for booking and shipment of orders.
Ensures that all Purchase Orders are in line with the Quotations with correct pricing, terms & conditions. Flags situations that need data correction by other parties such as Sales, Agents, Customers, LC Handling, Banks, Legal and management involved.
People Management, coaching and mentoring of the SSOC team members. Encourages and facilitates self development of staff, in terms of increased effectiveness in current job and further career

Profiel:
Typically requires 5 years of experience. Ideally a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role or experience within a sales & tender support role is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Respects different cultures.
Knowledge about international trade.
A university degree is required, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrate the required skills
Good skills in persuading, inspiring, developing and motivating are required in order to interact with other people.
Good problem resolution skills, Stress steady


Bedrijfsinformatie:
Supervises the Sales Operations & Tender support team, currently consisting out of 7 persons.
Ensures that effective support is delivered by the team members to the Sales teams, Service Teams for the Direct Channel countries and Business Partners in the Indirect Channel countries.
