Uw nieuwe functie
The Talent Management Specialist is a key member of the Group HR team and will support the design, implementation, communication, and management of all talent management activities. This position plays an important part in their strategic growth initiatives by creating and implementing Talent Management strategies and projects. It is ideal for a self-starter and regularly exercises discretion and independent judgement.

As Talent Management Specialist/Officer you are a proactive and energetic person. You like to organise and you pay attention to details to achieve the best result. You are very communicative and like to work with people. You like to work in an international work environment with different cultures and people. Your structured nature makes it easy for you to multi-task and you can easily work with deadlines. You have a Master degree required (preferably within Human Resources) and a minimum of 3 years talent management related experience. You have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills with all levels of employees and an excellent command of Dutch and English (other language is a pre). You have proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high quality results and you are self-starter, a team player and continuously on a lookout for possible improvements. Furthermore you have strong analytical skills, business planning and project management skills and you are a flexible, customer focused candidate with a willingness to travel as needed
