Werkzaamheden:
Managing, guiding and coaching your team
Overall responsible for the operations in the team
o Making plans and creating support within the team to improve processes (procedures, methods, systems)
o Creating and communicating work schedules
o Monitoring and steering on schedule adherence
o Monitoring and maintaining traffic (Service Levels, KPI’s and AHT’s)
o Coordinate execution of claims handling, policy administration, objections and complaints
o Handling of 2nd claim objections
Recruiting of your team members
Training your team members
Analyzing and reporting on workload, results, KPI’s, Service Levels etc.


Profiel:
Minimum of 5 call center experience and a minimum 3 years experience in a Team Leading position;
Experience within insurance is a plus;
We are looking for a people manager who has knowledge of exciting, developing and motivating a team and provide the qualitative and quantitative performance.
MBO-4 diploma. Excellent command of the Flemish, French and English language in writing and speaking. Good knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Word and Excel.
