For one of our clients in Tilburg we are looking for an experienced Technical Support Employee Norwegian. This specialist will work for a progressive brand. This position requires a high level of customer and employee interaction. The ideal candidate will possess technical knowledge and also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service.

Responibilities
Answer phone calls and emails
Evaluate the needs of customers and work in a creative, pro-active manner
Effectively explain information to customers by adapting to their specific learning style.
Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone or escalate to stakeholders.
Develop expertise in EV technology
Demonstrate proactive ownership of daily responsibilities
Accurately record issues and data into Management System
Follow up to ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.

Understanding of techniques used in the automotive industrie
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Willingness to learn new and innovative technologies
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting
Effectively handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Work in a team-based environment

Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English and German
Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities.
Outlook and MS Office
Retail service experience
